Text-Message Sign-In Codes

CodeBody Dynamics sends one-time sign-in codes by text message to users of Company Mind, the CodeBody Dynamics workspace software. This page shows how users opt in and what they receive.

How users opt in

A Company Mind user signs in with email and password, opens account security setup, chooses text-message verification, types their own mobile number and taps “Text me a code”.

Directly under that button the screen says: “By tapping ‘Text me a code’ you agree to receive sign-in codes from CodeBody Dynamics by text, one per sign-in. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We never share your number for marketing.” with a link to the Privacy Policy.

The screen is behind sign-in, so this page is its public copy. Only the user can opt in, for their own number.

What users receive

One text per sign-in or password-reset request, for example: “CodeBody Dynamics: Your sign-in code is 482913. Don't share it. Reply STOP to opt out.”

No marketing, promotional or conversational messages are sent. Message frequency varies with how often the user signs in.

Stop, help and privacy

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time (the user can keep signing in with an authenticator app) and HELP for help, or email fredymelgar@codebodydynamics.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
